I am a teacher educator who likes to work with students who are eager to try out new ways and mechanisms of learning. My work consists of delivering lectures and conducting practices related to behaviour modification, mentoring students, providing guidance and support to my trainees as they pursue their studies and interests. My interest areas are studies related to modification of teaching behaviour, cognitive processes, emotions and various sub-fields like developmental and social psychology. I like to focus on building student's dignity, self-confidence, character and empowering them to reach their full potential. On the personal front, I have attended many training programmes and workshops based on my interest areas and published articles on different books and magazines.
