The Governance and Management cell of an institution plays a significant role in ensuring transparent, efficient and participative administration aligning with NAAC guidelines. The cell is a dedicated unit that oversees the decision-making processes and operational efficiency of the institute. It is the responsibility of the cell to formulate policies, look after planning thereby ensuring smooth coordination between academic and administrative units, and promoting accountability at every level. It prepares plans for development and quality enhancement, ensures proper budgeting and fund utilization, and reviews institutional performance as well. It also aims for inclusive decision making involving the staff and students. Besides, the cell is accountable to the various stakeholders including students, faculty, staff and others in addressing their concerns and needs. This helps in developing the overall quality of an institution.
