The IT Cell's comprehensive responsibilities ensure a robust and future-ready digital environment:

  • Infrastructure Management: The Cell oversees the continuous upkeep and optimal functioning of all ICT infrastructure, including high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, computer labs, hardware, and software licenses. Regular audits are conducted for system assessment and upgrades.
  • Technical Support & Maintenance: Prompt technical assistance is provided to all students, faculty, and staff for hardware, software, and network issues. Proactive maintenance and AMCs minimize downtime.
  • ICT Integration in Teaching-Learning: The IT Cell actively promotes ICT integration in pedagogy by facilitating ICT-enabled classrooms, LMS use, e-content development, and technical support for online learning environments.
  • E-Governance & Automation: The Cell drives e-governance initiatives, managing student information systems, online admissions, and digital attendance to enhance efficiency and transparency.
  • Training and Capacity Building: Regular workshops and training sessions are organized for faculty and staff to enhance digital literacy and build capacity for effective ICT utilization in teaching and administration.
