1. H.S.L.C mark sheet and certificate
2. H.S.S.L.Cmarksheet and certificate
3. Degree marksheet and certificate.
4. Master degree marksheet and certificate.
5. Gauhati university registration certificate for gauhati university candidates.
6. Caste certificate
7. Pass port photo 02 copies.
8. Release order from school.
